We leave Valencia for one of the most striking towns on the Mediterranean coast. We start with a guided walk through the old town, stop-by-stop along the Game of Thrones filming locations, with the stories, trivia and behind-the-scenes details that make them click.
Then lunch inside the Peñíscola Castle — a building with an absurdly good view of the Mediterranean. After lunch, a full guided tour of the castle itself, walking through its most symbolic corners and learning its real history (Pope Luna’s last refuge).
After the guided portion you get an hour and a half of free time to keep exploring Peñíscola at your own pace, or to drop down to the beach and unwind. We head back to Mestalla around 16:30.

Not at all. Peñíscola is a stunning walled old town on a rocky promontory above the sea — the filming locations are a bonus, not the whole day.
